About the CEO

Patrick is a professional athlete who has competed in all levels of competitive soccer in the United States. Patrick Seagrist was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in a town called Streamwood. Growing up, he tried various other sports in his youth, but soccer quickly became his passion and knew he wanted to become a professional at a young age. Not many others knew the commitment to get to that level and Patrick did whatever it took to reach his goal along with the help of his mother, Debra Seagrist. Patrick started off playing recreational soccer but was soon thrown into travel soccer for Sockers FC Chicago which was a club that had numerous other players move on to play professionally.

While aspiring to play professionally, Patrick also valued the importance of a college education. After playing club soccer from ages 7-17, he committed as a sophomore in high school to play Division I soccer for Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. To achieve his goal of getting drafted, Patrick took extra classes at Conant High School in the summer of 2015 to graduate a semester early.

In January 2016, just days after finishing high school, Patrick began his collegiate career at Marquette during the spring semester. He graduated in four years with a major in Corporate Communications and a minor in Marketing, earning Big East First Team honors in both his junior and senior years.

In 2020, Patrick was drafted 10th overall in the first round by the New York Red Bulls in the MLS, making his professional debut on March 1, 2020. He continued his education, earning a Master's degree in Sports Management online in 2021 while playing professionally. Patrick is currently competing in the USL Championship and has surpassed 100 career appearances in the league.
